What kind of milk do you use?

We use fresh A2A Jersey raw milk for all of our products, including our milk, cheeses, and yogurts.

Do I need to heat up the milk ?

It’s up to the customer preference to heat up the milk it helps it last a bit longer
It can last you 10-12 days

Can I drink the milk Raw?

Yes, you can enjoy it as is. It’s fresh, raw A2A Jersey milkβ€”just keep it properly refrigerated.

Yes, it contains a moderate amount of sugar. We use organic cane sugar to prepare our house-made fruit blend

We sell fresh cheese (cuajada) Colombian style

What are the ingredients you use to make your cheese ?

What does A2A mean ?

A2A refers to milk that comes from cows which naturally produce only the A2 type of beta-casein protein. Unlike regular milk that may contain both A1 and A2 proteins, A2A milk contains only A2, which some people find easier to digest.

What does it mean when cows or goats are pasture-raised and grass-fed?

When cows or goats are pasture-raised, it means they are raised outdoors on open land where they can freely move around, graze, and spend time in fresh air and sunlight instead of being confined indoors.
Grass-fed, it means their diet is 100% made up of grass and natural forage rather than grain-based feed.

Our Hens and Feed

What do you feed your hens?

We feed our hens a balanced diet using high-quality layer feed from Stevens Feed Mill. Our feed is 100% non-GMO.

What type of feed do you give your corn- and soy-free hens?

Our corn- and soy-free hens are fed a specially formulated blend that excludes corn and soy while still providing all the nutrients they need for health and egg production.

What does β€œpasture-raised eggs” mean?

Pasture-raised means the hens are raised outdoors on open pasture with access to fresh air, sunlight, and natural foraging.

What is the difference between your egg categories?

Our hens are raised on thoughtfully designed diets. The regular eggs come from hens fed a balanced, non-GMO layer feed. Our corn- and soy-free eggs come from hens fed a specialized diet with no corn or soy still organic and Non GMO , for customers who prefer a more selective feeding approach.
