Refund & Return Policy

At our farm, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality, and carefully handled products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final
Because we sell fresh food products (including eggs, dairy, and other perishable items), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us withinΒ 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will gladly offer aΒ replacement.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up toΒ 24–48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this window, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to product preparation.

Missed Deliveries / Pickups
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or fail to pick up your order, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Storage Responsibility
Once your order is delivered or picked up, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly store products (refrigeration, etc.). We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage.
