1. How to Order

We offer simple and flexible ways to shop:

One-Time OrdersPlace an order anytime through our website based on product availability.

Pre-Orders (Dairy & Small Batch Items)Some products (especially dairy) are made to order.

  • Orders must be placed before the stated deadlines

  • Late orders may be moved to the next delivery date

Subscriptions (if applicable)For recurring items like eggs or milk, you may subscribe for regular deliveries.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically

  • You can manage or cancel before the next billing cycle


2. Delivery Policy

We currently offer local delivery with the following minimums:

  • New Jersey:Β Minimum order ofΒ $20

  • New York:Β Minimum order ofΒ $50

Additional details:

  • Please ensure your address and delivery instructions are accurate

  • You must be available or provide a safe drop-off location

  • Perishable items must be refrigerated promptly after delivery


3. Order Changes

  • Changes must be requested withinΒ 12–24 hoursΒ of placing your order

  • Once your order is being prepared or scheduled, changes may not be possible


4. Cancellation Policy

One-Time Orders

  • Can be canceled withinΒ 12–24 hoursΒ for a full refund

  • Cannot be canceled once prepared or scheduled for delivery

Pre-Orders

  • Can be canceled before the production deadline

  • After that, cancellations are not guaranteed

Subscriptions

  • Must be canceled or modified before the next billing date

  • Once processed, that order cannot be canceled


5. Refund Policy

Because our products are fresh and perishable:

  • All sales are generally final

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • Items arrive damaged

    • There is a quality issue

To request a refund:

  • Contact us withinΒ 24–48 hoursΒ of delivery

  • Include photos when possible

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method withinΒ 3–7 business days


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders left unrefrigerated after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Missed deliveries without proper instructions

  • Change of mind after order processing


7. Food Safety Notice

Our products are farm-fresh and may include raw or minimally processed items.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Properly handle and store all products

  • Understand the risks associated with consuming raw or unpasteurized products where applicable
